My career started in 1997 when I took my first job selling high-end suits in North Vancouver. In 1998, I transitioned into the heavy-duty parts industry. My sales career has spanned over 20-years and I have worked in retail, wholesale distribution, and manufacturing.
In 2008, I decided that I wanted to become an entrepreneur. I launched a consulting business at the beginning of 2009 with a business partner, but the business ultimately failed. I learned more from that business failure than many of the successes I have had.
Later that year, I launched a contracting business with my last $700.00. In just a few short years I built that business into a commercial success. In 2016, I sold the business to a competitor. It was an amazing experience to build a business that employed a fantastic group of loyal employees and serviced a diverse customer base.
My experience doesn’t just come from my work, I am a student of many subjects including; entrepreneurship, business development, leadership, personality profiling, psychology, professional sales, marketing, and personal development. I have completed entrepreneurial training from Michael E. Gerber, and sales training from the Banff Academy of Business and Brian Tracy.
In 2017, I started a BLOG and started writing about business, specifically how to influence your revenue. This led me to become a contributor to Millionaire Digest and to be a guest on world-renowned podcasts like Entrepreneurs on Fire with John Lee Dumas.
In 2018, I launched my first podcast that helped entrepreneurs build a better business. I aired 150 episodes interviewing amazing entrepreneurs and subject-matter experts. I decided to end this show on October 30, 2019, and focus on the heavy-duty parts industry.
On June 1, 2019, I launched a second podcast, The Heavy-Duty Parts Report, that provides fleet and repair shop owners with expert advice about which heavy-duty parts they should buy and how to lower cost-per-mile.

In 2020, I launched the consulting division of my company which specializes in business growth strategies including; digital marketing, content creation, transitioning to a digital sales channel with eCommerce, and mergers and acquisitions for heavy-duty parts manufacturers, distributors, and service providers. Our clients include Diesel Laptops, Redline Emissions Products, FleetPal, SAP USA Truck & Auto Parts Corp, Kingpin Specialists, Turbo Solutions, and many more.
