Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week 2024, “Fully Equipped”

Organizers of the Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW) conference, the premier North American gathering for heavy-duty aftermarket professionals, have unveiled the theme for HDAW’24: “Fully Equipped.” Following the resounding success of the 2023 event, which drew over 2,600 heavy-duty aftermarket experts, the focus for HDAW’24 is squarely on the future, ensuring that attendees are equipped with the essential resources and solutions needed for the next generation of the industry.

Where Will the Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week Be Held?

Scheduled to take place from January 22 to 25, 2024, at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, Texas, this year’s conference aims to foster robust networks by facilitating connections between suppliers and distributors.

Steering the planning endeavors this year are Michael Callison Jr., President and CEO at Midwest Wheel Companies, and Nicole Oreskovic, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems, who will serve as co-chairs.

“Our industry is undergoing unprecedented change, including a significant digital transformation. As we prepare for HDAW’24, our goal is to provide attendees with products, resources, and connections that equip them for the challenges of the next generation,” Oreskovic noted. “HDAW offers innovative solutions, access to leading suppliers, and a high-quality one-on-one business meeting program. This powerful combination offers countless opportunities to establish and strengthen essential partnerships for their businesses.”

What to Expect

Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week ’24 will once again feature the industry’s highly successful one-on-one business meeting program, bringing together manufacturers and distributors from across North America. Building on the success of 2023, participants will enjoy an extended schedule of pre-scheduled meetings on Tuesday, with additional unscheduled meetings available on Thursday afternoon.

Callison emphasized the unique aspect of Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week, stating, “Part of the appeal of HDAW is the exceptional opportunity it provides to gather all your suppliers and distributors under one roof. As a result, we’ve extended the expo floor time on Tuesday and have allocated ample time for unscheduled one-on-one meetings on Thursday – a format that garnered significant positive feedback last year. Attendees can also participate in lunchtime roundtable discussions covering various topics to enhance their learning. Throughout their stay, attendees will also have plenty of opportunities to explore the city and can anticipate an exciting, Texas-sized surprise for the Wednesday night reception.”

Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week will span four days and feature a dynamic expo floor offering exclusive access to cutting-edge products and networking opportunities with top executives from major heavy-duty suppliers. The general sessions will delve into the latest industry trends, market updates, and critical subjects, all geared toward propelling businesses forward. Further details will soon be available on the conference website.

Registration for HDAW’24 is set to open in mid-September. For additional information, please visit hdaw.org.
