HDA Truck Pride is excited to announce, “The Merger in New York”. A & A Brake Service, established in 1944, and All Systems Brake, established in 1976, are merging to form a powerhouse!
Over 125-years of combined knowledge, customer service, inventory management, vehicle services, and relationships are coming together, with new leadership, as a new entity called AA Systems Truck and Bus LLC.
About the Leaders
AA Systems Truck and Bus will be led by Gerald Abatemarco, Richie Caiazza, and John Gallina. As the next generation of their respective family businesses, and having grown up in the industry, this new leadership will deliver value to their customers for years to come.
